Wing night every Tuesday since we moved here last year. Angie and the amazing staff always welcome us and know our order by now. The wings are so good. The beer is cold and the laughter is free! Just for posting and tagging them weekly we were treated with a free drink this week. So nice of them! We usually dine in but on occasion we have also had take out and there is no difference to the quality of the food.
So thankful to see an ‘open’ sign after getting off the airplane and needing a place to stop and eat on Christmas evening. They were able to host 11 of us and we were fed in good time. The Christmas special was a fantastic deal. Our server was very kind and polite and efficient.
There is an annual trip to the island that I have been making for a decade or two. A group of 4 to 15 of us stop immediately after disembarking the ferry, and stop for a bite and a brew or two. They are always able to serve us all with a friendly smile and prompt service. It's a great place to sit down for some premium pub food and I hope to return many times in the future. If you are arriving from Swartz Bay, you will need to negotiate a series of left turns to get into the place, but persevere. It will be well worth the navigation effort. The place had a group of grown men giggling like little girls over the idea of wanting to have a Dickens Cider.
good place for an afternoon beer and nachos. pool and darts available.
We haven't been here for quite a while but were very pleased with the meal that we had. Service was very prompt, efficient and friendly from Melissa, our server. The prices were good and the only disappointment was the lack of a Welsh flag among all the other flags for the World Cup ! :-
Wing night and possibly the best wings I ever had. Tons of choices and many dry rub. Really good and friendly staff.
Three visits now and all three have been fantastic. Great food, friendly service and a cozy, inviting atmosphere. Always a great meal
nice joint, great beers, but service is mediocre, probably due to pandemic shortage of staff......liked this place for sure.
Delicious pub-style food with very tasty cocktail drinks - great service as well!
Was seated promptly, my order was taken, then quickly forgotten. I ordered the fish and chips, it arrived warm and undercooked. My waitress never came by to see if all was well, and her coworker; black hair, dress, stockings, shoes, was wearing so much perfume that it killed the aroma of food and desire to linger over a pint of ale. Left with a headache and waste of money.
