Very rude customer service. It need to be trained basic politeness. Especially, Asian guy. I won't shop there.. Even if Edith hangup is a little bit expensive, I will buy there. Very impolite service.
Inquired about a product on their website and received a timely reply. Asked several other questions via email regarding product availability and shipping options to the California and received prompt and helpful responses each time. After placing the order online I received a call from the a customer service representative who found a shipping quote that was more than half off of what I expected to pay. The items arrived very quickly considering the distance and I am completely satisfied with their quality. Thank you VERY much Diamond Store Fixtures! I spent a lot of time and energy looking for the specific hanging hooks for my purpose and you were my last, and ultimately best hope. -Ryan
I would give no star if I have a choice. Extremely poor quality and bad service. These pictures are just a few minor problems. I bought 3 displays and they are falling apart after couple of days and it's been 8 months now and no one came back to fix them when they said they would. Untrustworthy bunch.
Terrible quality. It's one thing to have juniors work on a project but you have to actually supervise them so they do it correctly. $10K worth of stuff... all into a dumpster.
Good staff. It carries great quality and variety of store supplies and shelves. These are cheaper than other stores. The parking is limited.
Overpriced and bad service . Even though they charged me double than the market price,they delivered my order a month late. When asked about it the guy just came to my face and started cursing .

Gang related business. Stay clear
The access is thru the back lane and up a ramp but they have lots of items needed for commercial display. I found the staff to be helpful and courteous.
