Why is no one answering or updating the website?! Normally Carleton Rescue is a top establishment but it went for 100 to zero customer service. Are you even open?! No callbacks email replies, nothing? Are you okay?!

No answer and no sign of life during business hours. Out of business? No email replies either in trying to order online.

Bought a rope online. Never received the product, heard back from them or recovered my money.

Look like they've gone out of business. They don't answer the phones and there is never anyone here during their hours of operation. Ill take my business elsewhere

No response to phone messages or emails during covid. Business may be shut for them but it continues for the rest of us. Google says they’re open but after driving across town they are closed. Very disappointing and inconsiderate.

Excellent line of products, priced very well below their competitors. The customer service representatives are knowledgeable and provided options for delivery.

Nice people, ok prices, ok hours, superb gear, not quite the selection of MEC but often I can just find the odd thing I need here at Carleton RE
