Diamond Spa Dorval

I have been going to Diamond Spa for over 2 years, they are the best in the biz! I have always had tremendous eyebrows threading. But recently I started to go there for eyelashes extensions. Now itBs in fashion and goes very well. I receive numerous compliments about my eyelashes even from complete strangers.This has never happened to me until I began coming to this spa. The spa is super cute, always clean and fresh, great vibe! The experience is the perfect mix of relaxing chit chat and magazine time, they make the best experience for me while I'm there. Also I adore the manicure and pedicure services by them. My hands and feet always look very clean and well done. Highly recommend!

Great services they have. I’ve got the colon cleansing and some skin treatments and feel amazing. Bought for my mom the hot stone massage and the golden caviar skin facial and she was so happy!

Went to Diamond Spa because friend of mine recommended me it. It was actually a very pleasant surprise . They have lotBs of packages to choose from and the prices are very affordable. The staff is well trained. I took the promotion of combined massage treatment, manicure and pedicure and the facial Aveda, which is my favored product of all. What a day it was! Real pamper of myself. I am glad I went to Diamond Spa for my day off.

I am surprised how they are still in business! It is almost impossible to get an appointment , they never answer their phone and when you leave a message nobody calls you back! Everytime I went there there were 2 girls at the reception I don't understand why none of them answers the damn phone! Staff are alright ( except the receptionist who I found very rude), prices are affordable if you get one of the discount coupon!

**********WASTE***********OF*****************MONEY**************RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This place is a disaster, think 2 3 or 4 times before you ever even think about going there. The customer service is absolutly horrible. The managers are extremely rude and will yell at you on the phone, that is if you can ever get someone to answer. They are so desperate for money it doesnt matter how unsatisfied you are with the service. I waited 2 months to get in touch with a manager...... Then another 3 months for a manager to give me a refund that I was promised. STILL WAITING.............. Any company that needs to keep doing Groupon to survive is a company in trouble. All they care about is money!!! **RUDE STAFF**TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE/SATISFACTION** **IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A APPOINTMENT** Keep your money and run....... to any other spa in the city!!
