Very friendly staff. Enjoyed massage, manicure and pedicure here. Great place for a little wellness while waiting for boarding.

Worst pedicure I have ever had. They mixed up our appointment times which was fine as we had lots of time to kill between flights and the customer service was great ....which is why I give it a 2 even. The pedicure was rushed, didn't include a massage or even washing my feet. They didn't do an under coat or a top coat on my nails so they chipped in two days. They also didn't take off my calluses. I walked out with dirty feet, calluses and sharp pieces of skin around my toes that my bf thought were my toe nails. I wanted to write the review to save anyone else from this terrible experience and utter waste of a lot of money (for a pedicure). Also got a head massage that felt like the masseur was drifting off into space stopping to zone out every other minute. Just an awful experience.

Merci à Franck pour le sublime massage sur chaise, j'y suis arrivée dans un piteux état et j'y suis repartie 30 minutes plus tard prête à affronter une longue nuit de vol.... Je le recommande sans hésitation. Merci

Comme un repas qu'on aime bien débuter par une entrée délectable, Balnéa est ce doux prélude qui nous met dans cet état second. Le personnel est attentionné et fort sympathique. Le massage sur chaise est exquis et prépare aux longues heures d'avion qui nous attendent. Différentes formules sont offertes. Tout pour convenir au voyageur plus ou moins pressé par le temps.
