On time, fast, efficient, and price was what I was quoted.  Honest.  They asked for the model number of my kitchenaid gas stove before hand and came prepared with the right parts.  Neil and his partner we great.  Thank you!

They were not able to fix my washer board issue but was more than fair about the repair cost and offered us options and advice to replace washer. Glad there is still honest people out there willing to help people, and not charge for unnecessary repairs.
