Store isn’t too crowded or busy, however, it is a bit unorganized with clothes falling off the hangers. Staff will help you if you ask and will look in the back for sizes, but I wasn’t approached and asked if I needed help while shopping. Pretty large clearance section and most other items are marked down as well which is always nice.

Very bad customer service. The lady on the till was talking on the phone, the duty of the customer service representative is if the customer is there she should have attended us or she should say wait few minutes but instead ignoring us she went to the other till talking on the phone, then the other guy saw what she did, noding his hand he came to us and helped us with our payment. He knew it too what happened.

Lately I feel their inventory is very limited. Although the staff at south common location is welcoming. Recommended if you are looking for athletic wear or casual summer clothing.

Really good. I pop into that store every once in a while to checkout the prices and let me tell you the lady's section pricing is great and lot of Christmas shopping options. The men's section though is still a bit pricey for this time of the year, they should roll back the pricing on the men's clothes by $15-$30 bucks. Have some Christmas spirit in the midst of the pandemic..

I’m a regular customer and Calvin Klein is always the place with good deals and satisfied services. Unfortunately, when I was there today, I received very unacceptable attitude from one of the staffs. She refused to tell me her name and accused customer being rude from nowhere?! There was zero improper language from any parts of my speech during the conversation. However I have to say that she speaks very poor English and was raising her voice, cutting off either me or her coworker’s talk. It was very unprofessional and definitely not an ideal image Calvin Klein wants to present to customers. As a customer, it will be appreciated if the store staff are there to listen to our confusion and explanation to be able to work things out solving the problems, not like that ONE lady did everything she could to deny her responsibility to clarifying the confusion. All the other staffs in store were friendly and helpful, which made her really outstanding with her personal characters. I have being working in retail and customer service field for years and I have never seen anything like that or anyone like her. Hopefully this review will get noticed by management team and I’m more than happy to provide detailing feedback:

They have nice collections at reasonable price!

Went for a shopping today. Collection was fabulous and the prices were so genuine. They gave me additional 10% off for subscription. Staff was so polite and cooperative. Definitely go there and try their fresh collection soon.

The employee Andy was very helpful with the selection of the men's boxers! he also helped me with what looks best on me! and i am not gonna lie! he makes me like a badass!
