Being a first time home buyer I was bit skeptical on hiring a real estate agent but let me tell you how important it is to have one. From the beginning till the end Mr. Devang was there with us providing his most valuable suggestions. He was there when we needed him to do negotiation with builder, he was there at the blueprint sign off, he was there in our first walk through. He found a lot of mistakes unknowingly done by the builder which he successfully rectified and corrected it. At times it can be very confusing and depressing going though this process but having Devang on our side made the process a whole lot easier. It was a fabulous experience and I would strongly encourage everyone who is out there looking to buy or sell property, Just meet him once and you will know what a great guy he is ! We bought our first home in Canada and our experience working with Devang Joshi was beyond our expectations. Our budget was low and we were looking for condominiums & townhouses but Devang got us semi detached home without any condo fees and within our budget. Devang negotiated the price so well and he got us the best deal for our 1st home. Devang has plenty of knowledge and he educated us every step of buying process and helped us to choose best community based on our needs. Devang has excellent knowledge of home construction and renovations process including rough estimates for each job. It helped us to know in advance about our potential costs for repairs/renovations. Devang knows his customer's need very well and it helped us to utilize our time efficiently. Thank you Devang for your hard work and great efforts. Highly recommended for 1st time home buyers.

Devang is an excellent realtor. He was responsive, easy to communicate with, and very patient. I was looking for a very particular type of property with specific zoning. We looked at a lot of properties until we found the best one for me. He kept me informed about the market and appropriate listings but didn't spam me with too info much either. Devang has a wealth of experience and knowledge that he brings to the relationship when buying or selling a home. He was able to offer advice but at the same time allowed me to make the final decision. I bought a home in Bankview and he negotiated the price very well & within me budget. Due to recent mortgage rate hike i was in rush and Devang handled the situation very well (

Buying and selling a home is one of the biggest financial decisions I have made to date. I needed someone with a sense of urgency, someone who was knowledgeable about the industry and someone I could trust. Devang took all initiatives when I bought my first home couple of years back and recently wanted to sell my home because i needed to move out of Calgary. Devang is proactive & I never had to follow up with him. He always took the initiative & made the deals in my favour. Devang used his experience & expertise during buying/selling to meet my needs and worked out best deal for me in current buyer's market. This is my 4th property transaction that I am doing with Devang and only thing I can say Devang outperformed every time and met my expectations. He is very polite, punctual, knowledgeable and knows his customers very well. Most of the properties he sold within 60 days even during the time of recession here. Devang is very hardworking and makes himself available either via phone or in person every time. I met very few professionals like him in my career. I will wish him all the best and recommend Calgary sellers to use his real estate services.
