My mother and I were there on Nov 26 for Manicures and Pedicures. Everyone was friendly but my mothers polish was messy and worst she was aggressively scrubbed with the callus remover and ended up with a raw spot that scabbed over the next day. I called the spa and explained the situation and they advised that a manager would call. No return call! Not surprised!
