Really nice place for a walk with lovely gardens. Great place to take the dog on a walk or just enjoy a peaceful stroll. The memorial is very thoughtful.
This is a great park for walking/running, dog walking and doing photo shoots for couples/ and weddings. This park took so long to put together but admittedly the wait was pretty worth it. The design of the park is fantastic and all the small additions including the Vimy Ridge memorial, garden, and benches are fantastic.
THANKYOU Rotary Club of Langley and TOL!! This is such a great space enjoyed by many. Take a walk along the loop, head towards the airport to watch the planes take off, stroll through the gardens and just admire the beauty of this place. We were here this afternoon and it was not busy a few families here and there. At the airport viewpoint there is a beautiful art installation the Benches of Diversity by Elaine Brewer-White and 400 local students. A gem in the middle of Langley, go check it out! ***People pick up your pets waste, that’s how dogs get banned from beautiful places like this.
This is a wonderful park with many features. A major feature is the circular, winding trail around the circumference of the park. Accompanying the trail are 158 trees which recognize the 158 Canadian soldiers who were killed in Afghanistan. At the northern part of the trail is a flag pole and a memorial sculpture which recognizes each soldier by name. Also in the park is a large log building under construction. There are also several gardens including a community garden and a willow garden. A toilet is also convenient.
I really like walking here. It's very well maintained and beautiful, especially in summer. I just wish it was bigger! They did such a good job!
very nice& quiet park for relaxing pleasant walks
Great place for a walk, only it is hard to spot and enter the gate, I missed it everytimes if I dont pay enough attention. Some chairs along the trail, good to find one spot and sit under the shade in hot summer days
Love this spot for walking, visiting with coffee, sheltered picnicking and beautiful flower-spotting!! The Langley Farm Market is here now and it's the perfect venue!!
We have been coming to this park since they first started developing it and love to see the progression of it. Easy walking trails, community gardens and viewing platforms for bird and duck watching.
February Nice little park right next to the airport. Can walk the dog there too. Community demo garden. Bathrooms too
