The only reason they get a second star is because they were good to my children. Other then that they are a 1 star. They over charge and this might not concern someone who has full coverage but I pay a portion of my bill. I always felt I was being over charged so this visit, I timed everything. I literally sat in the chair for 25 minutes while the technician cleaned and polished my teeth yet I was charged for 2 scaling units (each unit is 15 minutes) and 1/2 unit of polishing. Over charging me by 1/2 a unit. My exam was $33 which is within the suggested guidelines according to the 2017 fee schedule set by the ODHA, but the doctor only sat with me for 5 minutes!!. My x-rays were $47 for 4 bitewing, the recommended fee for those $27.60. Over charging me by $20. My children (both under 10years old) were both in and out of the chair in less than 15 minutes each (including x-ray time) yet I paid the same exam fee for both ($33 each) they each had 2 x-rays, and I was charged for 1/2 unit of scaling and 1/2 unit of polishing each!!
