Dentistry On The Falls

I`m quite happy the way the doctor did his job...He was very professional and he knew his job very well ! I definitely recommend this dentist ...No.1 in my book . Dentistry on the Falls a good place to go .

Hi I just want to say I have read a lot of the comments and I have to say I don't think the staff is rude or unprofessional I have been a client of theirs for over 10 years and never had a problem with any of the staff or dental work that I have had done. Thank you Dentistry on the falls, keep up the good work.

Don't use them, they don't know what they're doing. Did a filling that had to redone by a real dentist. They also tried to double bill and then send me to collects, in the end they over charged by almost $100. I'm now waiting on their cheque.

Hmm.. have just read the review on line. Actually, I (Susan Sakowski) took my her brother, John Sakowski there, (Special Needs), and they were very good with him. I was concerned because we needed to switch Dentist once he became 65 and off Ontario Disability and no more coverage,. Could not afford our original dentist. I felt the front staff were very good with John and myself, explaining everything, especially the costs and exactly how much each procedure would cost, before proceeding. I have not met the dentist, but John really likes him, feels comfortable with him and trusts him, and that is a big plus. The front staff doing John's bookings, always make sure that he has the same hygienist, so it is easier on him. All in all, I think they are doing a great job, and we will keep going. Have already had 2 cleanings, and 3 fillings. As I have always felt, if I have a problem with an establishment, I always give them the benefit of the doubt, as no one is perfect, and give them a second chance. Just a thought. Disaster waste of time. Appointment was made for 8:30 doors remained locked until 10 minutes after 9. Only to be told they couldn't help my 6 year old daughter but still charged us. Very ignorant staff and worse doctor. I wouldn't send my enemies to that dump
