My Care Dental

I had gone to the same dentist office my entire life until I moved to Niagara Falls, when it became too far of a drive to keep going to my usual place. I switched to My Care and I'm so glad I did. I am a nervous dental patient because of the dental work I went through as a child, but My Care was great and I learned quickly that I had nothing to be nervous about. The girls are all so great and I had Dr. Joe be the dentist who handled my visits and he was fantastic. Something else I noticed was that the patients I was seeing coming and going all had a smile. That's impressive considering most people I know don't enjoy their dental visits. I'm glad I switched dental offices and I hope to be a long time patient of My Care and Dr. Joe's!

Absolutely fantastic care. Starting with helpful and polite receptionists, to hygienists, dental assistants and dentists. Dr. Habib was thorough, gentle and kind. He made sure my daughter understood everything he would be doing. My family will continue to be long time patients at my care dental. Amazing care!

Dr. Joe is great. But his receptionist who used to be on McLeod and moved over has never been welcoming or nice and definitely struggles at returning phone calls. Not sure why she's still around to be honest, her customer service skills definitely lack. Older light brown hair lady.

Amazing service and super friendly atmosphere! I have high anxiety about visiting the dentist but the staff at My Care really put me at ease. The hygienists and dentist were really friendly, explained mine and my son's future care plans fully, and discussed cost upfront. The office itself is beautifully maintained and welcoming as well. Thank you so much to the staff here. I am no longer nervous about visiting the dentist and looking forward to my next visit!

My Care Dental is the Cadillac of dental centres in Niagara Falls. Several Members of the Falls View Hose Brigade charity group are clients with their families and appreciate the service level and generosity My Care Dental provides to the community and its clients. Keep up the great work!
