Dental Center of Pontiac

If I could give zero stars I would. This place has no care over their patients, they will lie to you, very untrustworthy. If you have a complaint don't bother because the owner and supervisors do not care how your treated. Expect to be talked to rudely and laughed at. I have never been so disrespected by people working front desk anywhere in my entire life! If you want a dentist office you can trust to do work on you do not come here.

Tough to review, a lot of individual comforts/preferences for most, regarding dentists. Front desk staff & hygienists hit or miss nice/friendly and impatient/rude. I've only had older male dentist. Easy to talk to, seems laid back, but not very understanding/patient with my anxiety. PROS: Great with administering shots (can't emphasize enough), genuinely cares that he's not doing anything that hurts. MY CONS: He did some extensive work- so I didn't expect perfection, but not happy with the actual feel of the work, rough surfaces, sharp edges, very hard to floss now. New pain at site where work was done, new sensitivity. I wasn't able to breathe when they did work in that area of my mouth and they got frustrated with me when I began to choke, forcing him to have to stop for a minute.

After having some very bad dental experiences in the past I was quite terrified at the thought of having my teeth pulled, but the staff here was great and really put me at ease about the entire procedure. Dr. Buscemi had the teeth out within seconds and zero pain! Thank you Dr. Buscemi!!!

The staff is great except for the older blond lady that tried to accuse me of lieing and seem to be a bit of an ass or maybe just an unhappy peperson. After i got new fillings i still cant chew on that side and their not doing much about it.
