Waited over a hour and a half for urgent care. Not very urgent. Then finally got back and the nurse was great.  The doctor on the other hand was extremely rude and made it seem like I just wanted a doctor's note so I didn't have to work. Will choose a farther away urgent next time.

Why would you only have ONE physician working 2.5 hours BEFORE closing time? Also why would you have ONE person working the front desk? I've got a 3 hour wait and I know it's not these ladies fault. Staff appropriately and I'm sure your approval rating will go up.

hour wait. Ended up leaving to get to work on time. The next day 3.5 hour wait. Again left for work. What a waste of life.

hours for physical and drug screen is utterly rediculous! That's with an appointment!!! Slow! Slow!  Slow!

Concentra is notorious for being an awful clinic. The staff was so disorganized, wait time was awful, and they forgot to give me paperwork at the beginning which increased my wait time. I only came here because I was required to for an employer. I hate coming here and dread the trip. I would never pay concentra a visit normally, and people that do must not value their time very much. How does this business run like this??
