Very nice place. The staff is friendly and transparent. I like this place because it is closer to my home but also I can come on a Saturdays instead of taking time off work. I recommend if you are looking :

Dr. Genovese is an outstanding dentist. Her expertise goes beyond dental care, and her guidance on issues such as jaw health has been incredibly helpful. Sofia, the dental hygienist, is extremely gentle and thorough—my teeth always look and feel amazing after each visit. An excellent team all around.

My 3-year-old had an appointment scheduled for 10h10 am today. We arrived 20 minutes early. Upon arrival, we were informed that the clinic was running “at least 45 minutes late,” and the receptionist even suggested that we could go for a walk or go get drinks while waiting.nWe returned 45 minutes later, and the same receptionist did not recognize us at all. She told us we were late and that our appointment had been cancelled. I reminded her that she was the one who informed us of the delay and suggested we step out. She then said nothing had been noted in our file and that they had tried calling me.nI take responsibility for missing the call, as my phone was in the car. However, when a clinic tells you they are running at least 45 minutes behind, it’s reasonable not to stay glued to your phone “just in case.”nWhile her not remembering us initially wasn’t an issue, it does raise a question: how could she confidently claim that we never told her we were leaving if she didn’t even recognize us when we returned? The other receptionist even confirmed that I had informed them we were stepping out, yet the first receptionist insisted she thought we were going to “walk in the hall” for almost an hour?!, which doesn’t make sense.nThere was no accountability from her, only blame placed on me, despite the conflicting information coming from her.nI also want to highlight that when the clinic reschedules appointments and a patient has more than one upcoming slot, it is common sense to cancel the last appointment, not the first. In our case, they cancelled the earlier appointment without telling us. We even showed up for that November appointment only to be told to go back home because it had been cancelled without notice. My daughter has been waiting since at least September for her dental work to be completed, making this situation particularly frustrating.nI am giving 2 stars solely because of the dentist we saw the other times we went there, the second receptionist who confirmed my version of events, and the staff member who kindly found us another appointment before the end of the week. Their professionalism was appreciated. Unfortunately, today’s experience at the front desk overshadowed everything else.

THEY KEEP CALLING ME TO SEND THEM MONEY ABOUT A TREATMENT MY 3 YEARS OLD DAUGHTER HAD LAST YEAR ! IM COVERED WITH SUNLIFE AND EVEN BEFORE THE TREATMENT WE CHEKED WITH THE RECEPTIONIST AND SHE SAID IT WAS COVERED. I PERSONALLY CALLED AND IT IS.nTHEYRE EVEN SENDING EMAIL LIKE SCAM ABOUT RANDOM AMOUNT OF MONEY IVE BEEN THERE TWICE NEVER AGAIN. I EVEN RECEIVED A SORRY EMAIL THAT WAS THEIR MISTAKE AND TONIGHT I RECEIVED A WEIRD CALL FROM A LADY ASKING AGAIN FOR MONEY.

My little 2 year old wasn't scared to see the dentist for the first time because they were so professional and welcoming. He usually doesn't let anyone touch him or see him including me. Normally he screams a lot, but they did a great job he didn't scream. They were so good so much better than I ever expected.
