Dental Associates Fond du Lac

I have been coming to this dentist for a little over 2 years to put it short don’t terrible place to do business with. Start with my wisdom teeth, the morning of my appointment get that financial part taken care of. Well come to find out the bill was $400 over their estimate when asked that desk person laughs at me and says “oh that’s just a ball park estimate”. If that isn’t enough to turn you off make sure you get and save all of your receipts. Glad I did or I would’ve been out the $700 credit I had on my account. And finally was really put me off of here is I had an appointment Thursday 4/3 dentist was out sick, okay no problem until you don’t notify your patient. Came here on 4/3 to find out my appointment was cancelled. Rescheduled it but being it up next appointment that I deserve some type of compensation for loss wages, gas, and time. They issue me a $25 gift card pretty much admitting guilt. But if roles were reversed it would’ve been $50 for me so while fighting to get more she then fabricates up the lie that they called me at 3:32 on 4/2 when I showed them my call log she convicts me of lying and deleting the call log. But my argument with that is why did I still show up to find out my appointment was cancelled no calls or voicemails. Please if you like not getting annoyed and mad when going to the dentist don’t go here.

Dr Loyd and her team are wonderful! I felt so satisfied and comfortable with her and her team doing my X-rays, exam and also my cleaning! They are truly take their time to make sure everything is accurate while explaining and walking me through any questions or concerns I had!

Dr. Zietz and his crew are great! I was just in there for a crown prep and a filling. They were attentive to my needs and comfort. Doctor Zeitznmakes you feel comfortable when in the chair, as do his assistants. I drive 90 miles to go there. It is well worth the trip.nto experience competent dentistry.

I unfortunately had to change insurances and didn't have the coverage to get the partials I needed.. I canceled all of the appointments. I never got the teeth and just got a bill for $3100.. upon calling they say I signed a consent that made me responsible for them regardless... It makes me sick to my stomach at the thought of being financially responsible for something I dont have and can't get when I canceled the appointments as soon as I realized I couldn't afford them... strongly suggest not going to them.

Besides the far and pushed out dates for setting up appointments, dental cleaning service provided by dental hygienist, Andra shows that she cares for the health of my teeth. Her attention to detail does not go unnoticed. She notices little changes with my teeth and provides me with updates, flossing tips and other advices related to care of my teeth.
