Dental Associates Fond du Lac

Been here a few times now for myself (root canal and regular visits) and have zero complaints. Staff is efficient, everyone is kind, and they have always explained things thoroughly. They've always left decisions up to me instead of pushing me in a direction. Will gladly keep coming back!

I can only speak for the call at this time, but I ended up calling with tooth/jaw problems (possibly an infection), it is a week before my wedding. I called every local dental associates for help and was blown off including my own clinic. They were unsympathetic and were very quick to just try to get me off the line. This one was the exception. The women I talked to was very kind, reassuring and provided me with lots of advice to manage my pain until I could get in. I need a place that will be there in an emeregency and they were. I am still working out some immediate kinks but they can definetly be expecting my buissness.

The dentist we had was so proficient that she made a shot painless!

Poor communication. Surgery appointment set and they failed to inform us that the surgery location was different resulting in traveling 45 minutes to find out that the surgery was at a different location and now we must reschedule and wait even longer.
