After having multiple bad experiences with other dental offices, I was fortunate enough to have found Dr. Sarauer.  He has an amazing bedside manner.  He is very honest and straightforward, tells it like it is.  I have significant anxiety at the dentist, and he is so patient and kind.  I can't say enough good things.  In recent years, I've had to drive an hour to see him, and when I soon move to Minneapolis, I will make the 5 hour trip to see him.  He's just that good.

Accidentally gave them an old insurance card at the start of my appointment.  Gave them the correct, updated card and they said they checked it - CALLED MY INSURER - and it was also not valid.  Called my insurance company and confirmed my policy 10 minutes later and they informed me they had not been contacted at all today by anyone to confirm the policy.  Incredibly unhelpful and archaic.
