The staff were friendly, the food came quickly, the service was good and the servings were plentiful. The prices were definitely higher, but the reviews warned me about that. My daughter looooooved her chocolate chip pancakes and scrambled eggs. Just in case anyone needs to know this, the kids menu isn’t one the kids colour. Bring something to entertain the kids while waiting for their food. The kid’s meal does not include a drink or a dessert.
Good food, nice staff, good kids menu. Bottom side: prices considerably higher than on other Danny's locations and we have to wait 45 min for our food, even with the restaurant 80% empty. Staff shortage maibe ? happens everywhere Even then, will be nice to deal with clients expectations and let us know in advance. Kid-friendliness: Good options and price for kids.
Had a nice breakfast! Double choc muffin and American breakfast. I normally don’t like the sausage bit the rosemary taste in it was very tasty. The rest on the items on the plate was just delicious. Great staff. Very welcoming.
Great tasty food. And you don’t have to wait too long for the food to arrive. The price was a bit on the expensive side but it’s to be expected as this is located right in a touristy area. Staff was really friendly
One can order online or through the Denny’s app , However there are some healthier items aren’t available online so Here’s the menu for the specific location! Parking available, friendly staff, clean and lots of options to choose the seatings and walking distance to Downtown! Affordable and offers better nutrition diets upon request.
This Denny’s location in Niagara has it’s own parking lot so it’s convenient to stop by here. They have a variety of options on their menu and their portions are pretty big. Taste-wise, food is pretty good too. It is slightly expensive than other breakfast places but food quality/quantity/taste justifies it. This location in particular is extremely busy so there is a usual wait of 15-20mins to get a table. There was an extreme delay 45-50mins + in getting our food during our recent visit here. Our server was not attentive / very confused about our drinks order and took undesirable amount of time for refills. Will recommend Denny’s for their food but the service at this location is not the greatest.
Food were great but pricey. Place were open early. Everyone was nice except for our server, she has an attitude, when we make a mistake on asking for 2 containers instead of one for left over she readily yank it from my hand saying oh you don’t need two, and left. it’s just a container lady, next time don’t take an early shift and be grumpy.
As this is a franchise, and it’s open late, I don’t expect too much when I dine at these places. The food was decent. Not too much flavour but cooked well. Service could have been better. Our server forgot to bring a drink we ordered and some basics like syrup for pancakes but what’s disappointing is that he was hard to find whenever we needed something. To make it worse, when we were ready to pay, finding him and telling him we want the bill and cashing us out, it took him overall 20 minutes; service was kinda slow but we did see others eat and leave before us. I feel he neglected us a bit as we were a large group 8 adults. Not once did the server check up on us or ask us how the food was/or if we needed anything else.
Denny’s is a franchise eatery ; the food was mediocre at best. There wasn’t much difference between the French toast meal that I ordered and regular toast. The foods are not cheap either ; one can spend 30 + dollars per person. I would have given the restaurant a 2 1/2 if it was allowed b/c the wait staff were friendly.
Food was delicious. I rated a 2 star because the customer service wasn’t pleasant at all. Our server wanted to take the order and get out of there as quickly as possible. He didn’t engage in any conversation, he looked annoyed the whole time. A few employees seemed tired and miserable.
