STAY AWAY. This is 1.5+ hours I'll never get back. The first sign it took well over 5 minutes for the server to come and take our order. We were contemplating leaving as it was another 20 minutes before our food arrived. People seated behind us after we were there first got their food before us. The pancakes were not hot, room temperature. Hash browns were like crunching toothpicks that were sitting in grease on the plate. My Moon Over My Hammy sandwich was overcooked, crunchy and greasy. Good thing we had extra napkins because every time I touched it I had to wipe grease off my hands. The ultimate omelette was also overcooked, had chunky vegetables that should have been cut up more had burnt edges. Sign on the door said Open 24/7, it should be closed 24/7. Sorry Denny's, but not even an apology will erase this bad memory. We will definitely not be going back to this location.
Ordered by phone. Two orders of moons over hammy . I think they took one piece of ham and split between the two orders. False advertising. The picture looks like it’s loaded with ham and egg. Not the case. Barely Taste the ham. Will never go here again . If I wanted an egg sandwich I would make it at home. Surprised they are still in business. SO DISGUSTED.
Im being generous with the 3 stars... Employees are nice and I always tip them well but the food is VERY hit or miss. The crepes I had tasted bad, but my friends chorizo meal was pretty good. It's kinda hard to mess up eggs and bacon so those weren't too bad with some salt and pepper.
We both ordered eggs benedict.Our food came out cold and there were only 2 tables our eggs were cooked way too long they came out hard fried. There was almost no hollandaise on either of our orders. Instead of telling us they wrte out they just sent the food out.
I ordered 2 biscuits and gravy and a chicken gravy breakfast not sure what is called.. but gravy was curdled.. sausage looks like ground beef. And as a cook you have to know these things.. and it’s not ok..
They seemed to correct my discrepancy awfully quick. When I posted that they would not honor the free b day Grand Slam special that has been around since I was a kid. After wasting my gas to come out here twice they made it right. About 30 minutes after I posted my first comments. Guess this does hit the message home! Corporations need to start doing the right thing. HONOR YOUR SPECIAL
I just went there tonight with my mother best time I ever had at a Denny's. The food was not cold the food was hot and delicious. Our waitress Kristen was awesome young and pretty the manager Natalie was a very nice young woman who is very kid friendly. Natalie and Kristen both came and checked in on us to make sure everything was good. 10/10 would highly recommend
Been here in the past and had refused to come back for a while. So tonight I took my daughter out for a mommy and me date and I figures it was not busy then as we were walking in it was packed. We were instantly sat in a very comfortable booth and had a waitress at out table was able to order right away as well. Food came our and it was perfect nothing messed up ans food was still hot. Plus the manager Natalie was amazing she actually helped her staff when they were busy instead of just letting one person handle everything. She came over along with our waitress Kristin to make sure that the everything was good. Now a days the hard times in finding good people Dennys deffently had 2 of the best working people here tonight. This made a very good ending to our night. It was seriously one of the best experiences we have ever had here.
Visit was not off to a good start when we walked in the door a gentleman that looked like a manager grabbed menus and just walked away did not greet us nor ask us to follow him to a table. Once seated the server was great Christina A she was very attentive and when our food came out the pancakes were still raw she quickly fixed the issue and was definitely the best employee on the floor.
We had the 55+ breakfasts, which is quite a deal. Food staples. However, scrambled eggs are never great if not hot, and by the time a waitress gets them to you, they are not. In this case, warm, but the cheddar hadn't melted. The sausage links had a bit of spice, heat; the bacon was practically nonexistent. The pancakes were delicious and enormous--so thick I thought there were 3 rather than 2. The hot chocolate was superb with whipped cream and none of annoying residue in the bottom of the cup. The receptionist was friendly and delighfully chatty; the waitress was prompt and responsive. Handicapped parking is easy, since they have 2 entryways. A quick, easy, inexpensive breakfast.
