The food is consistently good with great, friendly service. Also, the ambience is very homey. The best part? Their coffee is free, unlimited refills included with your meal & it's great coffee!!
Read about Cheap Charlie's considering closing for good. So got my mother and we went and had breakfast. The waitstaff was amazing and the food was so good and filling. We both managed to join the clean plate club, though we waddled out feeling content and tired! Definitely plan on going back very soon.
We Love Cheap Charlie's Restaurant ! Fast friendly service, with excellent food, and the most reasonably priced food around!

Look for the BIG pig on the roof! The small staff goes out of their way to help you get what you want or what you may be craving. The breakfast dishes are large as well as unique, i.e. pb & j pancakes with eggs and bacon. The veggie omelette was delicious! It's old, quaint, clean, and good food for not a lot of money.
Old fashioned diner inside and out. Bright and clean. Good food that's cheap! Great breakfast and lunch options!
The food was amazingly cheap and delicious! Honestly a great place to eat if you're visiting Rochester.
