The worst bank ever!! They do not care are about your privacy and your accounts. They sent my cards to the wrong address. And when called to explain their mistake, they sent another set of cards to the wrong address again. The manager was a joke. They call you back. Bank is broke!! They never offer loans. Stay away from this bank!! Worst service!

Worst experience I have EVER had. I'm not a complainer but WOW. Payments posted to wrong accounts, auto pay set up but never pulled, than a fee for paying late, they took a double payment and now I have to pay to get it back. If you want to be pushed around, hung up on, treated like trash and have a constant headache...this is the bank for you. I would rather pay double interest somewhere else than ever deal with them again period.
