Credit Union 1

I've been with this Credit Union since 2010, Customer service was great then, NOW it is BAD! It gets worse every time! They pick and choose who they want to be courteous to. I can clearly see them walking around, sip'n on Mcdonald's 1$ soda while the line accumulates. STOP HIRING THESE INCONSIDERATE STUCK UP BITCHES!

I was a victim of mail theft and forged signature on the check that was stolen. It was obvious that my signature was signed by the person signing it over to themselves. I contacted CU1 and requested assistance in verifying the address of the person that stole my check and they would not assist. Teller 181 at this branch was complacent in protecting against fraud and theft. When I tried addressing that part when information was refused, they wouldn't even discuss their procedures used to prevent this from happening. It's obvious they aren't concerned about protecting people's money.

The customer service is phenomenal, but what ticks me off is that the so called "24-hour" ATM is not what it's set out to be. It keeps on being out of service and the place is always under reinnervation! 😡👎

Ive had a checking account for 2 years now and this is by far the worst bank ive ever delt with super long lines like 20 min lines very unhelpfull staff always a line in the drive through as well they have spots for more tellers but sont get them on the floor

If you want to stand in line for 45 mins because they only have 2 tellers at peak time this is the bank for you.
