I had the worst experience here. He took twice as long as he said he would, he never called me about things he said he would ask me about, and the job in the end wasn't well done. I was very specific when I asked him to restore a piece for me and when he couldn't find what I wanted, he did something totally different that I insisted from the beginning I did not want. He then made me pay for his mistake and when I took it back to get it done right he made me pay again. Not only was the whole transaction prolonged, very expensive, and incredibly stressful (as I was basically powerless in the situation) but he also gave me a horrible attitude the entire time. I wish I had never set foot in his shop and given him any of my money. Never do business here. Incredibly unprofessional and manipulative.
