It’s easy to understand why this long-standing establishment is held is such high regard. The welcoming atmosphere coupled with the incredible attention to customer service and detail was felt from the minute we walked in the door. I want to thank Noah in particular who took the time, during a very busy day at the boutique, to explain all the intricacies of my purchase. You will definitely be seeing me again in the near future!

Recently purchased a watch at this store’s website on a whim as it advertised as available and regularly sold out in my area Toronto. I have to admit I was hesitant on making such a large purchase without having seen the product in hand. I was expected the standard e-commerce practice of having the item paid, shipped and nothing more. However, I was delighted by a call from Gabrielle to further discuss the watch, answer my questions and even set up sizing along with other small details/requests. From there I was directed to Marie and her team for the sizing specifics and she kept me up to date every step of the way until the watch was in hand. Absolutely wonderful service and would have no reservations about purchasing online from this store again. That said, I’d love to make the trip out for the full experience as I’m sure it would be amazing! Oh and the watch itself was as good as I hoped it to be!

It takes a watch enthusiast to recognize another watch enthusiast. Not only was Noah very welcoming during our first visit and subsequent visit for the delivery of the watch, I was impressed in his knowledge across various brands and references. Ultimately all ADs exist to sell watches, but not all of them are created equal. We have visited other ADs in town, only to encounter snobbish staff. Perhaps it's due to being luxury items with high price tags, or knowing that their products are in high demand so if you don't buy one, the next person will. You won't find that nonsense at Bijouterie Italienne where the art of customer service is preserved. Don't let their small square footage fool you. If it's a brand that Bijouterie Italienne caries, I strongly consider giving them a try. Watch collecting is a horrible disease, you start with one then you can no longer stop. Chances are we will revisit one day. Until then, I wish the team well deserved success and perhaps more allocation from the manufactures to satisfy their clientele.

Wow.. The most pleasant experience. It's the first time I leave a review for someone. Two weeks ago I went to the store to order a Rolex for my husband and me. From the entrance they were very welcoming, then Ilyas came to meet us. He started showing us different models and explaining the procedures we didn't know it would take so long, we were ready to go home with our watches on we understood that there is a waiting list and that we have to be patient. The calmness and patience with which he treated us gave us a feeling of respect and trust.
