Delhi 86

We tried almost half of the dishes from the menu. All of the dishes were delicious especially that coconut naan and chicken 65. My family was the one to taste the very first Dosa that came out from the new management kitchen. Very honored and 5/5 for all the dishes!

This is the second time we have visited this local gem. The restaurant is cozy and inviting and the servers are friendly and patient when answering any questions about the menu. They have a great variety of items on the menu, including many vegetarian dishes. We started with mango lassi and fish pakoras, followed by the butter chicken, lamb biriyani, coconut rice and garlic naan. The food was delivered hot in a timely manner and the portions are very generous. All of the food is very flavourful and attractively presented. We will definitely return, and encourage others to try this restaurant!

My husband claimed to not like Indian food and this restaurant changed his mind FULLY! We have ordered many dishes from here and we’ve never had something that wasn’t a 10/10. We’ve ordered the mango curry, traditional curry, shrimp curry, garlic naan, and one of our favorites that we get each time - the cauliflower! Everything is unreal, huge portion sizes, is piping hot for take out, and the online ordering process is so easy. The absolute best!

What a great place for dine in & quality food ! If you crave for a good Delhi food this is the place to be. A lot of options to choose from. We loved our first experience of dine in with them. Will see you soon again.

It’s a true hidden gem in west Edmonton area.Everything we ate was fresh and delicious. They use the best quality ingredients to produce dishes that are simply delightful. The owner was friendly he came around to check on our experience and seemed to be authentically engaged. The restaurant also offers a wonderful drink menu. The food menu offered a wide variety of delicious East Indian veg and non-vegetarian mouthwatering starters and main courses that will appeal everyone’s pallets. Highly recommended.

Wonderful dining experience at Delhi 86 Kitchen + Bar. Amazing hospitality by the owners and the food is delicious with fabulous presentation plus they're generous with their portions. We really enjoyed our take out order too. Highly recommend for date nights, nice elegant decor with great ambience

Jai is amazing. His vision and passion towards the food is such a delight to watch. He takes time out to make a connection with his customers which motivates us to go back again and again. Coming to food. I am from Delhi and God knows it how much I miss the food that's tastes like home. This man just brought Delhi to me here in Edmonton. What amazing finger licking food. Its a must must must try if you really would like to have a true Indian taste. This is home away from home! Thanks man ! I'll be back REAL SOON

I wish to recommend the Delhi86 as one of the fine Indian restaurant in Edmonton to relax, chat and dine. Recently had a dinner at the Delhi86, and I must admit we had a good time. Personally I loved the food. They were all very filling and tasty dishes, and of-course all of them are really worth the price. I had a Tandoori platter along with some other dishes and it was superb! All the other dishes were delicious as well. Therefore I am happy about the dining experience and atmosphere at this restaurant and wish to visit it again. And if you are visiting them, don't forget to try their mock-tails. <3

What should I tell! I’m totally speechless after receiving Excellent Service and great Taste. They make you feel like home made Food and top of that, great Location and Interior is too Good. Highly Recommended compare to go somewhere where you waiting for half an hour to get your order. Thanks Again Jay, Will come back

We decided to try Delhi 86 based on reviews looks like they got lucky and we didn't. It felt like we got the leftover from lunch it was horrible we order 2 lunch special one beef, one lamb it was supposed to come with salad but when we got home there were no salad and the curry was soo water down with only about 5 piece of meat nothing else it was tasteless and so liquid from the water some of the naan were dried out the mint chutney was watery too. The only thing that wasn't too bad was the fish pakora. For $50 it was definitely not worthed. If you want real tasty indian food better go to Namaste India at least they don't had a bunch of water to their curry. Very desapointed.
