SUPER DISAPPOINTED! I spend a lot of time at this library. I understand I was running JUST ON TIME to pick up movies I had already reserved online, while pulling into to parking lot. I was running in to first make the staff aware I would NOT hold anyone up, I would run into Waukesha. However while I approached the already locked doors at two mins to close I also sat in the, I am sitting in the parking lot watching people using the facilities STILL obviously using the resources. I call was hung up on TWICE. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and quite unexpected. I would have been in, out and gone before this family I see NOW just waking out. Again SUPER DISAPPOINTED
