Defined Concrete

We are absolutely thrilled with our new patio from Defined Concrete! They were punctual at all times, arrived when arranged and kept in communication when rain halted work temporarily. They shaped our patio for us making a lovely gentle curve and made sure that we knew what the finished product would look like, colour, shade, and pattern. All of my calls were answered personally, all of my questions answered promptly, and they were polite and personable throughout. Defined concrete went above and beyond to create for us a patio to be proud of. I would recommend them without a doubt and will use them again for our next project

We had a wonderful experience, truly professional and very patient with all my questions. There product is fantastic but most of all their customer service was excellent. They did a cement pad beside our house and a beautiful stamped pad that we are truly in love with. Thanks so much.

We found this company through google search and had them quote on our backyard patio project. Defined was one of 6 prices we obtained, they were right in the middle. Al promptly showed up to quote and discuss options with us. References were provided, which we did go see and talk with previous customers. We chose Defined Concrete and couldn't be happier with the overall experience. We had a stamped concrete patio and sidewalk done which looks amazing. Al's guidance with colour and stamp choices were spot on. We definitely recommend Al and his hard working crew!
