Staff are really nice and helpful!  They were able to find non-slip black and white tiles that other places couldn't find. It was a special order and arrived in a time-frame as promised, and reasonably priced.  Our laundry room looks so much bigger now. Thanks guys for helping us pick this tile.

Do not, on any account do business with this company. The owner will lie to you just to get your business. Never , ever give them any money up front. They continually lied to us about delivery and we are still waiting on our tiles 3 weeks after being told they would be here in 1-2 weeks. They gave all kind of excuses and refused to answer our calls and messages. Buy somewhere else.

I have been searching for limestone for a school science experiment for a while now, none of the major hardware stores had any. This store was awesome and helped me fine what I needed. Thanks Tile Mart Langley!

Do not do business with these guys. I wish I read the reviews before dealing with them. Just like other people stating the sales person will say anything to make a sale. They told us to give them a rough estimate of how much flooring we needed and we can return any unopen boxes. Their invoice clearly states that they do not take returns and that they charge a 30% restocking fee.

We used Tile Mart for our home reno. They had great customer service and quick response time. Would highly recommend Lisa from Tile Mart!

Very helpful and kind people. Very good prices and the best selection you can find in Langley!  Great communication and offered a deal I couldn’t turn down! Would highly recommend!
