Arctic Spas Hot Tubs and Pools Langley

I bought an arctic spa last year in March so far so good.... everything works as Reggie said the general manager. The service guy Bobby is awesome he knows his stuff. I had a couple of issues with it but nothing major , when the tub was delivered a pump was faulty and they swap it on the same day. If you are in the market for a spa do your homework and look into arctic spa. I believe they are the best

My husband and I recently purchased a salt water swim spa from Arctic Spas in Langley and we couldnt be happier. The customer service from prior to purchase to the after sales service has been fantastic. The staff there are so friendly and knowledgeable and are super helpful. i really like that they have a Spa Teacher that will come out and show you everything you need to know about your hottub and how to use it. i love having an app to help me check the levels and turn on the jets / lights prior to getting in the tub. We researched our choices of swim spa companies thoroughly over the period of a year and found Arctic Spas to be the clear choice in quality and price. The Forever floor was of utmost importance to us because being close to the beach also means critters would love a home inside a spa and the system is the best on the market to avoid that. As well, Spa Boy makes enjoying our spa so much better because we can control temperature and such from our phones while away so it’s saving power but can turn it up so it’s ready when we get home. The store in Langley have fabulous customer service! They came out to our remote location to set up the workings of the spa and made sure it could be delivered to us safely. I highly recommend Arctic Spas and the team at the Langley location. Courteous and friendly service and the team really cares about getting the right spa for their client’s needs and wants.

Nice selection of tubs. The tubs are of a better quality than found at other spa/hot tub places. Nice as.one of them has a motorized cover.

What a great experience. Reg took the time to walk us through our options, explaining clearly the benefits of the different models to help us find the best Arctic Spa tub for us. Gave us a great deal too. We use the tub all the time. We’ve had the tub for a year now and the follow up service has been exceptional. Delivery was done quickly with polite and respectful workers. They remember me when I stop by the store and their prices on supplies and filters are as good or better than anywhere else. You can’t go wrong here.
