Awesome gym! Thanks to Tom and crew for welcoming me yesterday. Great gym space and lovely Rogue equipment. Dropped in for the 4:15pm class and had a nicely programmed warm-up leading into heavy back squats followed by a metcon where I gladly opted for the 20# rather than 30# wall ball
It is such a great community of people. Friendly and supportive.
