I did the 6 week challenge here, which means I had to lose either 5% body fat or 20lbs in 6 weeks. Because of my starting weight and percentage I had to lose the 5% body fat. I am so glad I decided to do this, they really hold you accountable and they want you to reach your goal. Because of the amazing trainers and accountability I was able to lose the 5% body fat and I feel great. The only thing stopping me from continuing to the elite challenge(which is a year long) is my financial situation. I am still trying to figure that out because I would love to see the results of being with them for a year! I really enjoyed meeting my new work out buddies, this place has a great environment. Everyone is a team player there and we all help motivate each other. If you are looking for a safe environment gym and really want some motivation I would suggest checking this place out!

Iron Empire. This is a place where no matter your goal if its your first day in a gym or you have been been lifting for years, there is always something new to learn about training. Their equipment is brand new and they have state of the art machines most i have never even seen before! Their coaching is wonderful  and their custom meal plans are very specific and man do they work!!!! The meals are tasty and are super easy to make. I lost over 20lb of fat in just 6 weeks while following their meal plans and training regimen. I am even stronger now then when i went in even after losing that weight. It is such a  fun place to be and everyone is happy to see you!!!

The six week challenge is no joke and it works. Just lost over 5% of my body fat in the six weeks. The challenge consist of a meal plan with a grocery list and workouts with trainers help. The workouts could push anyone at any fitness level. The trainers we extremely helpful and filled with motivation.

Had a great experience here with their 6 week challenge. I lost 30 pounds! Definitely the right gym for you if you want support, to be challenged, and to make some new friends. Thankful for this gym!

Just finished Iron Empires 6 week challenge ! Thanks for getting me to this point that I feel confident in a gym atmosphere lifting weights.  I now feel confident doing this and have gained strength all over my body. I never would have thought in 6 weeks I could have achieved losing the 5% body fat requirement to get a refund but it happened! Follow the Nutritional plan  Challengers and work hard - Don't drink alcohol during this 6 weeks and you may see even BIGGER results. Thanks to Jon (owner) & Lauren Taylor( best trainer ever ) the hard work wouldn't have been the same with out your help. Last my group of Workout buddies , Shammara, Jeff, Ellen and Sarah you all pushed me and made this 55 yr old women work harder. Thanks so much iron empire -I'll be back before you know it :)
