Wednesday- 9:00am HIIT, 5:30pm HIIT, 6:30pm Beginners Jump Start, 7:30 HIIT
Thursday- 6am HIIT, 9:00am HIIT, 5:30pm Power Pyramid, 7:00pm PRIMAL FIIT
Friday- 9:00am HIIT, 5:30 Fundamental Power
Saturday- 8am HIIT, 9am PRIMAL FIIT, 10am HIIT and Beginners Jump Start
Sunday- 10am Fundamental Power
*HIIT= High Intensity Interval Training
*Primal FIIT= Advanced HIIT class
*Power Pyramid= One hour and thirty minute class for a full body workout!
