The only thing I liked about my acrylic manicure was the color! On Friday I went in to get my acrylics filled. I had gotten them done originally at a different salon so I was a little afraid to go some place I had never been before, and rightfully so! My nail technician was Paul. I was missing a few nails so they had to be replaced, and the the rest just filled. 1. He charged 30 dollars for a fill! Most of the places I go for a fill I get charged 20 or less, and even if they have to replace a few nails, its still 20 or less. 2. When he applied the new acrylics to the fingers missing them, he filed them down so short, shorter than my other nails. What really got me was that he was going to leave my nails that way! The rest of them were about an inch, inch and a half long, whereas the new nails were about half that length! When I asked him to fix it he filed one nail down, like that was going to fix the problem, but I had him do the rest. And by the rest I mean he did 8, and forgot the thumbs! I had to ask him to do the thumbs as well. 3. When I asked him to keep the original shape of the nails that I came in with, he completely ignored me and changed them to whatever he wanted them to be. I felt like he didn't care what the customer wanted, just what he felt like doing that day. Not to mention that the shapes are not even uniform. Before I asked him to file down the nails and reshape them the nails were somewhere between almond shaped and coffin shaped. However the shape that he made the new ones into was more square with rounded edges. Not only was he going to leave that one smaller, he was also going to leave them different shapes. 4. The cement for the acrylic is too thick. He just slapped on another couple of coats, evened it out, and did not try to smooth it down, make them more manageable. It is hard to pick thinner things up off the floor because the nails are too thick to get under them. 5. While I was there he burned me with the drill they use. When he should have been drilling my nail he drilled my skin instead, leaving it painful for day. A pain very similar to that of a skin hang nail. Any other nail place would try to not hit the skin at all. And on that same nail, he missed the part of the acrylic he was actually trying to drill! 6. Finally when he went to paint the nail the paint job was sub-par. He missed spots on the side of the nail, and in some places pressed down harder and you can see where I will never be going back, and wish I did not waste my money on such an awful job. If I could give them zero stars I would. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had.

I was a little worried when I showed up. It's not the most luxurious place but I have to say it was wonderful. They know how to perform a massage. Top quality. You won't be disappointed. Also got a pedicure and this was wonderful as well.

I would rate this place with a better rating, but my last experience was not pleasant or satisfactory. The requested service was hair removal from my face. And the lady take off a pice of my skin without precaution.

It's very clean and I'm never dissapointed. Kimmy does my lashes with precision. I will never go anywhere else!

The personal attention is excellent! Kimmi and her staff are highly trained and excellent at manicures and pedicures and I'm picking up gift certificates for Christmas! My friends have to try the dermabrasion, it works wonders!
