We had been searching for over a year to find a company to build our deck. Most very vastly overpriced or seemed like sketchy operators until we met Tim. He gave a fair assessment of what we could accomplish with our budget and came up with several suggestions we hadn't thought of. Needless to say we are thrilled with our deck and the excellent work Tim and crew did.They arrived on time sought and welcomed feedback throughout the process , and cleaned up at the end of the day. We had a 12' x 30' deck built which finished on time and on budget. Great work Tim!

Tim and his team were prompt, courteous and professional. We are thrilled with the work they did. The quote for the new deck was fair, and as others have indicated, there were no surprises. Even after we made some changes mid-stream, Tim remembered our verbal agreement on price and recorded it accurately. I have since recommended Tim to our neighbours, and will continue to do so. Honestly, an effortless transaction from beginning to end. Highly recommend.

Tim Harney and his dynamic Decksnstuff team really delivered a deck above and beyond our expectations. We are totally thrilled with the results. It wasn't a huge project but it was very specific as we had a limited amount of space to work with. After we settled on a design Tim quoted a price that was competitive and stuck to it.. no surprises or awkward up-selling . He started work sooner that expected and he is a pleasure to work with accommodating slight changes on the go with no problem. I was present for the entire process and the structure ( what you don't see) as well as everything you do see, are top notch. I highly recommend Tim ! Kevan McKenzie

If you are currently shopping around for a deck, look no further. I don't know how many decking contractors I spoke to - but Decks n'Stuff is what you are looking for (assuming you are looking for a great contractor that gives you no headaches and an amazing final product). From the initial meeting to the final product, his professionalism, communication skills, demeanor and the actual work were all 5 stars. Moreover, his pricing is transparent (he itemizes each cost) and reasonable. He is responsive, flexible and even though you might think that you have everything planned 100% and nothing will change (as I did) - crazy things can happen. We had to change the plan for the deck and entirely cancel the plan for a wood fence the first morning of the build but Tim and his team took that in stride. Things happen and Tim and his team are your partner in ensuring that a great product that meets your needs is built. His team is amazing (Andrew and Shree) and all have the same temperament as Tim. They are hardworking and take pride in building a beautiful and functional deck. The guys are detail-oriented and ensured that everything was perfect before we made our final deposit. We are super happy with our gorgeous deck. Thank you Decks n'Stuff!

We hired Tim Harney and Decks n’Stuff in late April 2017 to replace the aging (read falling down) fence enclosing our back yard. The introduction came by way of referral – a referral we were very pleased to have received. From our initial meeting, Tim was prompt, courteous, and professional. While a seemingly simple project on the surface, there were actually a significant number of choices to be made in terms of structure, design, and materials. Tim was extremely helpful in making these decisions. His wealth of experience with same and similar projects really came to bear. During construction, Tim and his crew (Tim was present for the entire job) were on time, very efficient and maintained a clean job site. Tim is a strong communicator and was quick to identify when additional input from us was required. The final product was exactly what we had in mind. Decks n’Stuff was very competitive from a price perspective. Tim delivered on his quote and there were no surprises. In the end, for us, the most important thing was the final product. Tim and company nailed it (pun intended). The fence is beautiful! Who knew a fence could look like a piece of furniture! It is without hesitation that we recommend Tim and Decks n’Stuff. We will be repeat customers!
