Linen Chest

I ordered a bathroom accessory set (dark grey color)and one of the items has a defeat so I needed to drive to the store (20 minutes drive ) to return this item and they told me to reordered another one. For a simple transaction, the cashier got so confused with the process, however, she completed the transaction in the end. After a week , they called me to pick up the replacement. When I arrived, this one also had a blemish and needed to return again. I wasted 20 minutes drive. The staff I dealt with was impatient and rude and they have no idea what a good customer service looks like. This is not the first time I witness lousy customer service at this store. If it is not bcasue I have purchased another two items to go with this set, I would have returned the whole darn set. The staff told me if the third one arrives and have the same defeat again, they would simply order another one. Their attitude was unbelievable! Do they understand, I don't have all this time driving around for one poor quality product and I told them I refused to drive to the store for the third time for a 16.00 item. They did not have a solution for me. They told me that they don't have a manager. Obviously, they do not value your time and your business. The whole impression is that they don't care...It is just a job to them. In conclusion, issue is still unresolved. I am not impressed with their customer service and I am not a happy customer! I will think again before I ordered anything from Linen Chest. (they only have limited selections and not the best price in town)

Do not order anything from their website. They make it confusing on purpose to screw you. Went by the store to see if that would be better. It isn't. Ten people working but no one to help you. Awful customer service. As you can see, the owner either ignores the complaints or pretends to address them. I despise that kind of attitude and will avoid this place!

This location at Laird.. the store itself and the products are great but the staff are like mindless zombies. I have never dealt with a store full of staff that work this slow in my life. It's literally as if they left half their brains at home. Just wow.

I like this store. Haven't had a car for awhile but I do now and my treat is to go to the Linen Chest. I have found sales people to be helpful and ambitious.

Bought my wife what initially appeared to be a nice set of red Harman tea towels as a Christmas gift back in December. They sat packed away until my wife took them out of the cupboard for use. Still looked great at that point. Then after ONE wash the towels came out 1/2 their size and deformed. Not impressed. Terrible product! Might as well given you the $25 then!
