Apple Auto Glass

All round very professional with no surprises. Michael the manager is very good at letting you know what to expect and keeping you informed as things proceed. Dwight covered for Michael well when Michael was away. They dealt with the insurance company very effectively and with little fuss. High quality work too.

Excellent customer service, was friendly and personable. Dealt with the chip in my windshield quickly and effectively, and also did all the insurance submissions so i didn't pay anything myself. Highly recommended.

I was shopping around for a trustworthy auto glass company when I came across Apple Auto Care. I spoke with Mike, he was confident, friendly, patient, and not pushy. He got back to me quickly, installed the glass faster than he quoted, and overall... I am very pleased to have chosen them as my auto glass provider. Highly recommend using this company

I Have never made a post on Google before! I even created an account just so I could share my wonderful experience. I was in the waiting room of the Apple Auto Glass on Laird Dr, waiting with a family member while they were having their windshield replaced. From the moment the Manager Michael McLean greeted us, I could tell the experience would be a positive one. Not only did he deliver on all promises, including taking care of the insurance paper work, providing us with coffee and conversation, but all while dealing with numerous customers and phone calls. Which brings me to why I wrote in with a positive comment. In my 3 hours waiting around I witnessed Michael treat customers like family. He provided a lady with an umbrella out of the golf bag in his OWN car, so she wouldn't get wet walking to the shopping plaza. He helped another Lady remove and carry in her child's stroller and toys. I realize these aren't major instances, but they were done without the customer asking for them. In my books, that kind of care/service makes me know exactly who to call when I have a problem with my automotive glass. Both my family member and I agree, that this was the BEST AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD.

What a first class client service experience from the first call through to the battery boost I needed. Also welcomed my dog (riding as my wingman today). Would recommend unreservedly.
