Great restaurant for Vietnamese food lovers. The food was amazing. Service is quite quick and they are properly staffed to have someone help at almost any moment. Overall 5/5 stars for food, service and ambiance of this restaurant. I would definitely visit again. Highly recommended!!
Amazing new pho spot! Tried out a couple different dishes, including the House Special Pho and the Satay Pho with Rare Beef and Beef Ball. I love how there were sooo many toppings lots of beef! in both dishes. The flavours of both broths were super delicious, the classic pho is a clean yet rich broth while the satay pho has a thicker peanut-y taste to it. The Satay Pho is definitely a nice twist to the classic Pho. We also tried out two drinks. The Mango Smoothie which was perfectly sweet and so refreshing. Our favourite though was the Vietnamese Iced Coffee, it's strong, sweet, and so so good. Highly recommend both! Overall, an amazing addition to the downtown area, especially so close to U of T and OCAD. Lots of noodle and rice options on the menu. Definitely will be back to try some of their other dishes!
Was excited to try this place after seeing all the great reviews! I got seated promptly in the corner, which is fine I guess since I was alone. After ordering through QR code, my pho took around 20 minutes to arrive. First off, although the noodles tasted good, they were all clumped together. I noticed this with the meat as well, all the beef slices were clumped together so they weren’t cooked evenly at all. It felt like when you grab frozen beef slices at home and toss them into the pot without separating them. Lastly, I personally found the hyped-up broth to just taste salty maybe personal preference. I’ve had better pho for cheaper in both uptown and downtown. I also waited quite a while with my hand up for the bill but no one noticed me due to my seat, so I just went up to the counter myself. Overall, this place did not really live up to the hype so I don’t think I’ll be coming here again.
Hands down, best pho in downtown Toronto. We had two bowls of the house pho, an order of the spring rolls, shrimp fresh rolls, chicken wings and Vietnamese coffee. The meats, bean sprouts and basil used in the pho are super fresh and high quality. The broth was absolute perfection. Fragrant and flavourful. 10/10 coming back for my weekly pho fix.
Pho broth was amazing! The vermicelli texture was really chewy and there was lots of meat. Don’t forget to get their shrimp rolls too, they’re super delicious!
Got the Satay Pho for take-out, absolutely delicious, the broth was rich, the beef was soft, the seasoning for the soup is one of a kind, very hard to find a place that would offer this dish, even harder to find a place that can make it this good. Strongly recommended, would return next time for dine-in, I saw the interior was also decorated nicely! Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options!
I got a takeout pork vermicelli bowl and honestly, it is probably one of my favorite Vietnamese dish ever. It’s such a good balance of fresh veggies, pickled carrots, noodles, and grilled pork. My springs rolls were stuffed with taro too ! 10/10 my favorite Viet spot by UofT !
Pho is pretty good! Will try house special pho next time with all stuff i love! I also ordered chicken wings but a bit too savory for me Overall, nice experience trying this placeRecommended dishesRaw Beef Pho
I got the beef taco and it's pretty good! I think it cost me around $9 with tax included. They do dine in and take out, and service here is quick.Food: 5/5
Great quality and generous portion sizes. I tried the brisket pho and ended up having enough for two meals! Loved that. The broth was a little too sweet for my taste, which is unfortunate, because everything else was great. The food quality was great overall. The bean sprouts were very fresh, even after delivery, and they were generous with the other toppings brisket, onion, cilantro, basil. Everything was super fresh and clean. Their Vietnamese coffee is AMAZING! Super strong and sweet and delicious.
