Days Inn Port Angeles

This has been one of the WORST hotel experiences I have had. The rooms were less than average, the staff closed the pool an hour before the posted closing time and when there was problems, there was no manager on site or that could be reached. The worst part, however, is that they charged me for a night that I wasn't even scheduled to be there. It took me 3 days and 5 phone calls to finally reach a manager who was less than helpful. She did not respond to my concerns, told me she would look into the matter and call me back, which she did not. I called again and she, of course, is not available. Needless to say, there still hasn't been any resolution and the customer service is completely unacceptable. We were part of a group block of rooms and several people had problems and concerns that were not addressed on site or in follow up emails to management. The lack of care and concern by the management is more than disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room was nice. It was quiet. I was on the inside of the L so I couldn't say what the noise was like if you're facing the street. Waffles and coffee were pretty good for free breakfast. Easy check in easy checkout. The pool and spa were "closed until further notice." Which is weak but otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

This wouldn't even get one star but I had to post something. Our room was disgusting. There was mold on the bathroom walls, stains on the shower curtain and bed spread, and the carpet turned our socks black. I used towels on the carpet to walk on. The bath tub backed up while showering and left a bluish gray, greasy film in the tub. The bathroom floor hadn't been cleaned in along time. The building is old and need of repair. I don't mind outdated and run down, but it should be clean and it definitely wasn't. I definitely will not return and don't recommend it to anyone.

Really a 3.5 but unable to do half stars. The outdoor hot tub is a nice feature. Some of the staff was very helpful but some staff was NOT helpful. Be clear if you want a non-smoking room. Breakfast was OK, not great but not bad. Location is good but you need a car (not walkable to ferry).

The girls was amazing on Friday but the gentleman sat morning was to say the least an ass and mean. He also tried to run my card without my permission.. This is unavailable by any standers...
