Dawn's Bra-Tique

Stopped in to buy a bra for my self and had my mom with me and she was interested in getting a couple of new bras. We walked in and were met by a clerk behind plastic wrap ceiling to floor she was wearing a mask still to each there own and would not allow us to come in and shop or look around. She said we needed an appointment I told her we were from out of town and that still didn’t matter to her. We saw tons of styles hung in the side room Honestly how do their doors stay open if they don’t encourage new business they lost out on a three bra sale that day. I will not waste my time going back to this Bra store.

This place is a gem! It can be so discouraging trying to find bras my size, but whenever I come here I know I’ll find the perfect fit. I really appreciate how they take my style preferences into consideration, are happy to order the right bra in a different colour, and educate customers about bra care. They really know their stuff! Even though I live out of province, I still try to stop by when I’m in town because I haven’t experienced bra fittings or service this good anywhere else.

Wow this place is god awful. I absolutely do NOT recommend going there. The owner Dawn thinks she’s all that. She DEMANDS masks after the mask rules are complete in Alberta and Canada. I have a medical doctors not for exemption. Because I have serious problems if I wear one. They are the only store I know that wouldn’t even let me come in to pay. They wanted 800 dollars from me but couldn’t even be kind or respectful. Dawn felt the need to give me an essay on her life and health issues as if that’s my problem. Listing all her health issues as if I’m supposed to do something about it for her. She’s short and very stuck up. She’s not kind. She yells at me in the end because I told her the service was outrageous and she had a huge hissy fit and walked away with a huge attitude. It made me laugh. I’m sorry she’s such a miserable person but hopefully this review will make her realize she was very nasty. She makes silly excuses to have rules that are completely finished every where else you shop. Dawn would not let me try anything on, so I don’t even know if I can return this stuff if it doesn’t fit. Dawn was really sincerely rude and very demanding. If she doesn’t get her way she cry’s and pouts and walks away like she’s the queen. I have been going to this store for about 6 years. She was amazing before covid started but trust me. I wouldn’t go if you have any medical issues. They are discriminatory.

Dawn is an expert. The entire experience is well-organized. If she doesn't have exactly what you need in-store, she can probably get it for you she always has for me. The products are good quality and excellent value.

I had a great experience. So happy they do free tailoring so that everyone can find a bra that fits. It was easy to respect the Covid guidelines for the safety of staff.

First time I was here. My massage Therapist recommended me to come here. I was here all the way from Fort McMurray just for bra fittings. It took 50 minutes for the fitting and trial. She gave me 10 bras to try. She was very gentle, friendly and helpful. However, she was helping 2 to 3 customers at the same time! I thought It would be very expensive to assess by fitter. I was happy that they didn’t charge anything for the fitting service. Just charged for the bra only, which was expensive because the one I choose is expensive brand!. Variety of bra and accessories are available here. They always ship to home. There are parking spots at the back and road side parking. Washroom is very clean with some face towels! Store is very clean. Recommend others to try this store.

This place is amazing! I had never gotten a bra fitting before so I was pretty nervous going in. I made an appointment for a fitting which you should definitely do and was there as soon as they opened. Dawn was super nice and pit me in a room quickly. She asked me what I wanted in a bra and what I wanted to wear them with. After telling her she came back with a few different ones. She would give me three at a time and I would leave the door open when I had one on. She'd come in and adjust the straps and tell me something about how it fit and how they could change it in alterations. She showed me lots from different price points and a good mix of wired and nonwired. It was all very efficient and I narrowed down what I liked pretty quickly. Dawn was really professional and it helped me feel at ease. Once I bought them she gave me a free laundry bag for my first purchase, and explained all about how to care for them. I picked up the altered versions about 2 weeks later. I feel like theres a lot of reviews on here that say the wait times are all messy but its because sometimes they have to order from an outside company, and sometimes those companies down communicate. If you need bras immediately don't go to a place that does custom work! If its for an event you need to plan ahead. I can't say much about the quality of the alterations in terms longevity yet but they seem m well done and nothing is scratchy or anything. Overall I had a really good experience for a person that really hates having to wear bras.

I'm so happy to have finally gone. Great personal service, very discrete, and so helpful. I look and feel like a new person. I have received so many compliments on my new look. A great fitting undergarment makes a world of difference. Highly recommend. Ladies, treat yourself!

Really great store, lots of products and lovely staff. Dawn really took her time in helping me find the perfect pieces for my wedding dress. What's also great is that they're able to alter for a perfect fit. Highly recommend!

Couldn't just walk in, had to make an appointment because of covid preferences that the store has despite restrictions lifted. But aside from that, the staff was very attentive and knowledgeable. I was able to find a couple bras here and they offer free alterations to provide a good custom fit
