Decent yea, but huge lineups with barely any workers who take their sweet time getting the tea. I got a smallish tin of tea today, and it was like 30$!!!! For a ton that will barely last a month, that's incredibly expensive. Please lower your prices.
First time ever ordering from Davids Tea Jan 2/23. I ordered 5 boxes of tea, only received 3 boxes. I have been trying constantly since then to get a hold of customer service. I am on hold for 10 mins and no one ever calls back. WORST customer service ever, cannot even speak to anyone. Will never order from them again.
First time ordering from David’s tea and had a very bad experience. Placed order on Nov 30th, 2022. Had my order partially shipped Dec 18. The rest of my order still haven’t arrived and it’s Feb 15 2023. Called number for customer service on website and no one picks up. Either ship the items or give refund.
I have been calling and calling after 10 minutes they hang up. Tried the online chat and nothing. Does anyone work for this company. It has been 3 days of trying to contact them. My tea pot arrived broken and I am looking them to replace. Not Happy
Used to love coming here for their to-go drinks, particularly vanilla matcha, but now they only have a couple options for you to take a cup to go. Im not sure if this was a result of the pandemic to reduce the amount of tins being opened everyday, but it is a drawback for me as I don’t like most of their other teas so I haven’t been going as much anymore. If you want loose tea that isn’t available as a to-go option that day, you’ll have to buy a package of it.
Sooooo sad ! 25 days later and my order is still in treatment… and no possibility to cancel it. You use to be a great cie. What happened??
Have I finally reached the end of my personal “the best Earl Grey” trip? I don’t think so since there are lot of brands with different blends of this legend. But I bought quite a lot of your Earl Grey and I really enjoy it. Great staff always willing to help. I will come back for more if I ever get back over the ocean again.
They don't accept cash. Every single employee is forced to wear a mask. And the tea isn't even good.
I just stopped by David's Tea and I wanted to thank employees Manaal and Taylor for their amazing service and hospitality. I'm just visiting, from Toronto, but happy to see that Ottawa hospitality is alive and well; especially in these times. Thanks again for the great conversation!
The staff at this location are top-notch! Aways friendly yet very professional. It's a joy and a privilege to visit them. I'm beyond thankful David's has kept this location open. It's a completely different experience when you can explore the items with one's own eyes! I can rely on Briley and Irka to answer all of my questions and those from David's fans on the site. Posting photos of displays always generates interest and these ladies are happy to let me voice the questions of others and post the answers. It's a David's party every time Thank you very much
