Johanna went above and beyond to make sure that my refferal did not fall through the cracks, like it almost did due to my primary doctors office. (They lost it as they admitted then sent to Roseburg) Having had a bad experience with them, she made it a lot less frusterating. I wish all doctors offices had someone just like her in it. Props to Johanna and she deserves a raise!! 😊

The phone is always busy. Can't pay my bill unless they call me. I'm 95% sure I was misdiagnosed. The whole experience was strange. But I think they try to be welcoming, and friendly because I noticed many of the people in the waiting room seemed needy for human contact...
