Although the office and staff are both very professional, I resent the fact that they insist on patients checking in 30 minutes before their actual appointment time or risk cancellation of the appointment. I believe that 90 year olds with disabilities, like my mother, should be exempt from this ruling, it is very difficult for them to sit in uncomfortable chairs for an extra 30 minutes for NO REASON! This is cruel to these patients! The only reason given by the office personnel for this sadistic rule is "it's always been our office policy"... that's NOT a reason!
