Everyone says that the staff was rude but I went there and they were awesome. I even got a discount for being a student. Love the vibes.
Staff is rude, unprofessional, lack of customer service. Asked them a simple question and they answered rudly and hang up the phone before I could say anything.
The owner Dave? Was very rude and refuse to fix our kid's bike have a flat tire. Said our bike is a piece of department store junk. Well is $300 for a kids bike junk ? I don't see any high value bikes sitting in his dumpy bike shop. Rude and unprofessional. Zero customer service skills. I left never to return.
Great group of guys at the Bike Dump. The Staff assisted me with finding components that are no longer made for a vintage build I've been working on. Dave was kind enough to give me a tour and tell me some interesting tales of the bikes in his shop. He's very educated in his trade and fixing bikes.
Really glad to have an option between brand new not Walmart and Canadian Tire, those are not bikes and questionable used. The recycling and expertise is great.
Absolutely overpriced and the owner wont be interested in you unless your budget is high. A disappointment.
Went to a few local bike shops looking for a good bike lock. I'm a student on a budget and didn't want to spend eighty to a hundred bucks on a decent secure lock. I went into the bike dump and bought a new decent lock for for forty bucks. Dave the owner gave me tips on how to properly lock my bike up.
