Good COVID measures counting people, sanitizer at entrance, etc, friendly and helpful staff, plenty of bike trainers in stock, buy now before winter drives up demand. No bikes in stock but taking orders.

Purchased my Salsa Journeyman Sora 650b here 2019 and serviced it in 2021 prior to start of the summer. Great service, had selective bikepacking items and general cycling items. It seems to be an all around general outdoor store.
Brought in a bike for a tune up. The young man said if he took it apart for service one thing might lead to another and he couldn't get parts. Keep in mind the bike likely only needed air in the tires and oil on the chain. Not impressed. It sounded like he didn't want to be bothered
