Dat Donut

Brought our high school students with special needs to Dat Donut for a Community lesson. The staff there were very patient with them, as well as kind and extremely upbeat. The food was excellent! Would recommend Dat Donut to anyone in the area... or even if you're not in the area but willing to make the drive!

Had a wonderful time at Dat Donut! I wen tat about 9:45am on a Friday and it was full of customers. Just 2 employees were working but I did not even notice! They handled each person's order quickly and with a positive attitude. The donuts were incredible and I will definitely be coming back!

The donuts are light, fluffy and melt in your mouth on the first bite. I highly recommend the strawberry frosted. I'll be stopping by here everytime I travel through Chicago.

I drive from anywhere in Chicago or even the outlying suburbs to come here. Their donuts are the best handmade homemade with love by the same people forever. I recommend if you like donuts then you come here and you eat these and I swear you will never go anywhere else.

Very poor service, donuts glazed on one side and stale. This is not at all the place it used to be. My 2nd attempt at that old ‘Dat Donut’ taste in two years. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend

The people were kind, I came a long way for the rib tips and it was NOT the greatest, it wasn't all that good too much sauce and bones. Will I go back, NO!

They're better than just about any donut in Chicago. While they don't have much in terms of "gourmet" or "adorned" flavors, they do simplicity better than Stan's, Dunkin they put Huck Finn to shame, and neighborhood bakeries. The spot is totally no frills, parking lot is very small and can be troublesome at times, and the neighborhood ain't Beverly Hills no place to hang out, but the donut is worth the trip.
