Do not recommend this office. When I made appointment, I was told to bring insurance card with me. Cancelled without notice to me that if we didnt bring it in beforehand they were cancelling. Called my in crisis family members phone and left messages they needed insurance card despite my request they call me with any issues, and never called me. Knew patient was in crisis. Deleted records from the system and told me next available was 2 weeks out when we showed up for apptmt. The attitude was indifferent about the situation and the bind this left us in. We will not be recommending this business. When paperwork comes before patient care, it's a sad state of affairs. Disappointed doesn't begin to express how I feel. Client care is important, even with a new patient. Wasted our time, and left my family member without care.
