Dairy Queen/Orange Julius Treat Ctr

Went there for a birthday cake. Wanted "Happy Birthday" written on it. Ive had this done several times a year, for 25 years. No issues. Today? Well not so good. The staff member was friendly and polite, but not really capable of executing this task. The work was sub par to say the least. Took the cake regardless because I was out of time.

Brought a under the rainbow drink. I picked it because it looked nice and it was delicious. The flavours was strawberry and kiwi with whipped cream and sprinkles on top. I would drink again

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! The manager is horrible! I went a few months ago to get a blizzard and the entire time he was on the phone and didn’t care at all what I said, not to mention he got my order wrong and argued when I tried to correct him. Do not go here.

Not the best service from the older woman. Long line wait. Two people ahead of me left in frustration. Nobody behind me. My turn to order and i get an instant staredown. My response to this stare was a friendly hello. She looks up at the menu and back to me. To which i awkwardly order my icecream and pay. Hopefully it was just one bad day.

Staff couldn't serve us at 830 pm. Stated they cashed out early. Refused service. So we went to Booster Juice. Was unfortunate. We had good money to spend. Kinda deterred us from future thoughts of future service. We shall see.

Asked for a drink and was told the flavour I wanted was out of stock after they had already started making the drink. Not a huge issue for me, but I didn’t particularly like the other flavours they had but decided to try anyways and ended up not liking it. When I asked for a refund or exchange they refused very rudely and I had to throw out the over $5 drink. Horrible service I will not return. Also would not recommend the mango blueberry lemonade looked and tasted terrible.

I ordered a poolside punch misty slush, what I got was purple juice with melted “slush” and I mentioned it wasn’t “slush” to which I was told “that’s how they are” I won’t be trying anything else from the menu at this location. It definitely needs maintenance. It’s literally supposed to be pink purple and blue… what a disappointment on a hot day.

I asked for my blizzard to be made before my cone....so the cone doesn't melt all over my hand and the guy actually stood there and argued with me about it. Absolute horrible experience and service.

Think we were the 1st persons to order ice cream this morning in the mall. Ordered a small sunday for my grand daughter, she was so excited to have ice cream, she spit out the 1st few bites but did end up trying a couple of small spoonfulls. Something was off with this ice cream. When I looked closer it didnt look like the usual white creamy ice cream. I thought maybe the girl gave us frozen yogart instead. The color was off too, it was not white. Dont care about the money but was so disappointed that this little girl didnt enjoy this ice cream. Ended up throwing it away. Looking for a response from the owner, please, like what was this.
