Always have had good food here. Drive in staff friendly. Behind counter staff seemed overwhelmed. Not bad spot.

IF YOU LIKE FRENCH FRIES YOU BETTER ORDER 2 BECAUSE THE 6 I GOT WITH MY MEAL WAS NOT ENOUGH. WON'T BE COMING BACK TO THIS DQ. GO TO LAKE CRYSTAL IT'S WORTH THE DRIVE.

Some time places have problems, yes Dq machines which supply frozen treats don't work.. The employees were trying to get the soft serve running, it was not.... they looked nervous with all the customers piling up but, were doing their best to get it going. I give them credit in a stressful situation, they handle it well, they quickly change machines. Yes, it was in covenant, but unfortunately not everything goes smoothly.. so we apology for anything that was wrong, remember if you are unhappy come see us and we will be happy to help or fix the problem. We value our customers.

I was very happy with my order. The employees were fast. I have heard of problems at this location, but food was great.. Service Great!! I was in the other night.. couldn't believe a kid yelling at the employee because they needed to see his drivers licence.. Hello are you dumb the credit card need to have name signed on them...if not they double check for your own safety I see nothing wrong in this. Hey kid I didn't know you, you sure it was your card.

So it's my daughter's first day at a new school. And after school I wanted to treat her to ice cream for being brave for her first day back. Naturally we thought dairy queen would be sufficient. Sadly it was not. Their ice cream machine was pumping out melted liquid. They kept trying to fix it so therefore the wait was getting a bit long. If your job is to sell ice cream how come you don't have any frozen ice cream. Its almost comical. So as I'm waiting for my daughter's chocolate dipped cone. I watch as they flip over the not so frozen melty mess into the chocolate and it all just pours out of the cone into the chocolate dip container. Again if I was so disappointed it might have even been funny. Some how after some time of them trying again to see if a more solid state of ice cream would flow from their machine they just decide to put our sad excuse of a treat into the back freezer to harden it up enough to dip it. Once we walked up stairs to enjoy them finally, I bit into the chocolate shell to a warm liquid mess. Ewww imagine if you left your ice cream out in a dish until it melted into a puddle... its just honestly not the same as a cold treat on a hot day.
