Great place for a frozen treat, kids definitely enjoy it every time.

Dissappinted with the ice cream cake I picked up today. Don't have time to go back and have it fixed. I spelled the name to them and everything, yet they spelled my daughters name Khloe as kakole. What a bummer for us.

Hi , at 7ish on the 24th of July, 2 friends and myself enjoyed our treats. The 3 staff at your Portage rd location were very friendly, super efficient which made everyone there happy. These 3 should be trainers. Thanks

This location is okay but often the presentation of the product is extremely poor. I’ve gotten milkshakes here a couple times and they are over filled to the point the lid won’t fit properly and leaks everywhere. Tonight I ordered 2 misty floats and got misty freezes…. I didn’t feel like arguing with teenagers so I just took them and left.

They were very helpful in helping me to choose the right cake!

Ice cream was good, staff didn't know how to redeem a gift card but manager quickly jumped in to help.

Had such a great experience ordering a cake! Staff is fantastic!! I would give 10 stars if I could!
